Posting today a video of a Social Media Panel I took part in not too long ago in Manhattan (Sponsored by BrainLoaf).
There were two panels one in the morning and one in the afternoon. This is the afternoon panel. While the video is a bit long, 45 minutes or so, You might find parts interesting. I especially liked the idea because of the differing views, not just market research (technology, Quant MR, Qual MR and PR).
