Yet, a few years later, and cloud computing continues to be a commonly misunderstood concept all together.
A recent survey conducted by Wakefield Research revealed that most respondents think the cloud is “an actual cloud, the sky, or something related to weather.” And 51% of all respondents said that they believed that “stormy weather would interfere with their cloud computing.” In another study, 32% of the population still think the cloud “is a thing of the future.”
