Bio:
I’m an industry analyst for the greater business intelligence community. For some clients, I write lead-generating journalism, PR, and marketing for clients.
Before BI, I wrote about telecommunications (DSL in particular) and computer networking. Far in the past, I edited on environmental topics, mostly articles involving technical explanations for lay readers. I worked on contract for two membership organizations, Sierra Club and Friends of the River.
I trained in journalism at San Francisco State University. More recently, I graduated with an MBA from Dominican University of California. In 2007, I obtained the TDWI CBIP (certified business intelligence professional) credential.
