Bio:
Ling has over 10 years experience in Information Technology, analytics and data mining. She is passionate about technologies of building customer intelligence from mountains of data. She has successfully developed innovative record linkage method for data quality improvement and enhancements, network based ranking algorithm for citation based contents, clustering algorithms. Ling has two patent applications pending in those areas. Further, Ling is passionate about leadership development and public speaking and she has been a toastmaster for five years, delivered about 40 speeches and won advanced communication silver and leadership bronze awards. Currently Ling is working in Risk Solution group of LexisNexis as Technology consultant and she is also serving area governor as a Toastmaster and pressing on to archive Distinguished Toastmaster by 2012. Ling highly values integrity in life and innovation and collaboration at work.
