Bill Brydges serves as Managing Director in MorganFranklin's Performance Improvement practice, and is responsible for leading the company's commercial technology offering. In this role, he is responsible for business development as well as delivery around MorganFranklin's enterprise applications services, supporting enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations using PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, SAP, and other vendors. Bill is also responsible for driving and delivering enterprise information solutions, including business intelligence (BI), data governance, analytics, and tactical BI solutions.
